Lower star ratings
Ahh well, I suppose it was bound to happen sooner or later…
I have several lenses at 4.5 stars which I’m happy about and a majority of my lenses have been rated 5 stars.
However, I looked this morning, approved some new comments and Argh! a few of my beloved lenses have lower star ratings than usual!
It’s so upsetting for me, really.
Interstitial Cystitis has got its first rating (with a comment) of only 4 stars. The other lens, My Top 5 Nintendo DS Games for Gifts which was rated 5 stars before has now dropped down to 3.5 stars from only one other rating. No comments were left.
I don’t make a habit of leaving low ratings at all. If I don’t like a lens, I move on without commenting or rating. I will only leave 5 star ratings. Awful of me? I don’t know. To be quite honest, I hate rating systems. I always do poorly at them especially where my face is concerned so, if I can, will always choose to opt out of them! I wish I could opt out of these at Squidoo, too.
I have an idea that the Nintendo games lens was rated really low i.e. below 3 stars and it was done as a malicious act or just to be unfair.
