Gee, I feel like a little kid here…

Suffice to say I’m very disappointed in a couple of things that happened over Christmas.

With my last Squidoo pay out (which was one of the highest I’d ever received) I bought myself a copy of a PSP game (one which I saw in CEX for only a tenner). Don’t even ask why I didn’t pick up the game when I saw it!

Well, I paid for it, the game that is, from a online game website on the 22nd December. Okay, just before Christmas but I’m patient. Anyway, I received an email this morning to say that the game was not in stock (it was when I bought it) and would be delivered as soon as it was in stock. Pfft! So annoyed!! It gave no indication of that on the website at all. So, I’ve cancelled it.

Now, I will have to find a better website with the game, probably cheaper too. (I paid over the odds for that game on that website).

Talk about very disappointed.

Another huge disappointment and it kind of hurt, too was the news that I’m (along with all the other new Angels) was not going to be a Squid Angel in the New Year. I don’t know how much I’m allowed to say about this so will just stick with that for now. This decision had nothing to do with me, however.

But, I’m extremely hurt and angry about the whole thing. It doesn’t help receiving emails rubbing my damn nose in it either.

I’m not an artist in the sense of drawing but I have my painting by numbers and, more importantly, my photographs.

My pro-photographer boyf says I have a good eye for photography so I could use some of my better ones for Zazzle (and no he’s not biased )

I could do with the extra income! Has anyone had any success with Zazzle?

What about Cafepress? Which is better for newbies to use?

Are photographs good for designs?

I’m trying to get it back; it’s gone AWOL on me.

I’m wondering if I ought to post all what I need to do, as a list, here to see if it gets me creating again.

How many writing tools do you need to use in order to get scribbling?

I’ve just acquired a Psion as if a laptop (or two), pens, paper, software, journals and countless reading material isn’t enough.

I should be long past this stage of not knowing what is best for me to get creative. How long have I been doing this now?

Obviously, not long enough!

So, what am I using the Psion for?

Asking endless questions. Not just to myself but to my characters in my novel. I’m hoping it will be the trigger I need.

My interest in Cryptozoology was born after I’d read the book by Di Francis, The Beast of Exmoor.

My interest in a subject is compounded when two of my general interests are crossed. E.g. Sensing Murder is a particular interest of mine, now, because it incorporates my interests in murder and psychics.

Cryptozoology became even more of an interest to me because Di Francis suggested that the missing girl Genette Tate could have been the victim of one of the Big Cats in the UK.
