It was an attempt to come up with something similar to the U.S. flat rate boxes. Our boxes are attractive; but there was no great financial incentive to use them...the program, therefore, a flop. My lens...well I have no idea how it is doing. Hang on a minute...it is not my lowest, with five visits but who the heck is looking at it, I have no idea!
